1. No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Opened or used products
• Unopened products in original packaging

All sales are final once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the item at no additional cost. To request a replacement:

• Contact us at support@simpluraskin.com within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order details and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once approved, we will send a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
